Deleting your data from Cuflo
Last updated 26 August 2026
Disconnect a connected account
If you connected a platform account (for example Facebook, Google or Xero) to your business workspace, you can disconnect it yourself at any time: sign in, open Settings → Integrations, and choose Disconnect on that connection. Disconnecting deletes the stored access token immediately and stops all further collection from that account.
Delete your Cuflo account
An account owner or admin can delete the whole account without contacting us: sign in, open Settings → Subscription and choose Delete this account. This cancels any subscription, removes every connected account and its stored access tokens, deletes all imported data, content and uploaded files, and removes the logins that only existed for that account. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Request deletion of collected data
To have the data Cuflo has already collected from one connected account deleted while keeping the rest of your account, or if you cannot sign in, email daniel@smegrowth.ai from the email address on your account, telling us what you want removed. We action deletion requests promptly and confirm by reply once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
A deletion request removes the connection's stored credentials, the data imported from that platform (such as page reviews, ad performance figures and analytics), and any content derived directly from it. Data we are legally required to keep (for example billing records) is kept only as long as the law requires.
Facebook-specific requests
If you arrived here from Facebook's "Delete your information" flow: Cuflo stores the page and ad data listed above for the business that connected it. Use the email address above and mention Facebook in your request, and we will delete the Facebook-sourced data and confirm.
